In 2024, when the global market is facing backlashes, getting a job directly through on campus hiring is becoming very tough nowadays. Although, I am not saying that it is not easy to get a job, but still having knowledge we can not express ourselves properly in front of the company. So, before approaching any company for a job, let’s make sure that we have the ability to express ourselves properly in front of the company.

Identify your desired Companies:
While studying or unemployed, we try to find any company by hook or by crook. But after getting the job we realize that getting the job should not be the only priority. Then slowly we realize that mental health, interest, work life balance etc. matter a lot. Some want to work in MNCs while some prefer Startups & some keep hunting for Product based companies. So, it is very crucial to set our goal at first before hunting for jobs as it will make our life more easy in the long term.
